We are thrilled to kick off our new initiative, “Young People in Solidarity for the Prevention and Reduction of Food Waste” — a youth-led project dedicated to tackling one of today’s most pressing environmental and social challenges: food waste. This project, relies on the framework of developing best practices for sustainable food production systems and implementing resilient agricultural practices that enhance productivity, contribute to ecosystem preservation, strengthen the capacity to adapt to climate change, and progressively improve soil quality, to eliminate local poverty and global hunger.
